I do not have a favorite dish; I have a variety of favorite dishes from different types of groups.  Sometimes I like to eat American dishes, Italian, and sometimes Chinese.  I absolutely love it when my mom cooks Vietnamese food though.  For American/soul food I like to eat red beans and rice and my co-worker makes the best. She seasons it soo well.  For Italian, I like to make crawfish pasta.  I usually cook for all my friends and they usually eat it all up before I can eat it some.  And finally for Chinese, I like to eat lo mien; my friend makes the best I have ever ate.  Usually at family gathering we eat all sort of food and it depends which holiday too.  For thanksgiving, we usually eat turkey, ham, stuffing, mac and cheese, etc. and FISH.  Haha yea fish, my grandmother always cook fish at every family gathering.  It could be fried, baked, or however she wants to cook it and it will be good every time. For Christmas, we usually have a feast! We have the similar food dishes like Thanksgiving and more.  Is there any food I do not eat? Well I can eat basically anything.  I like it all especially seafood.  Well I don’t have a favorite restaurant, but one day my uncle took me and my cousins to this restaurant called Jacques-Imo’s Cafe.  It was like one of the best southern, soul food, and Cajun restaurant I have been to ever.  I have never eaten in Xavier’s cafeteria ever yet so I wouldn’t know if it was good or not.  I listen to different types of music.  One that I absolutely dislike is hard core rap.  The neighborhood I live in is like no others.  I live in a Vietnamese community.  We sometimes have activity in the community so that everyone could be involve and keep the crime out.
